ESTREAM NEWSROOM — Indian officials say sixty people have died and 150 injured in a series of bomb blast in the city of Jaipur.
Reports suggest there were 8 bomb blasts in the space of 12 minutes, targetting Hindu temples and tourist areas.
Jaipur was not thought to be a terrorist target.

ESTREAM NEWSROOM — A lawsuit against more than 50 companies seeking redress for injury under the apartheid system will go forward, after four of the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court had to recuse themselves from the appeal.
In the lawsuit’s first run through the U.S. court system, the companies appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to dismiss the case…but a majority of the justices was not able to participate in the ruling.

ESTREAM NEWSROOM — Bob Barr, a former Republican Representative from Georgia, has announced, he’ll run for the White House on the Libertarian Party ticket.
Mr. Barr left the Republican Party two years ago, and its expected to easily win the nomination of the Libertarian Party at their convention in Denver.
